More About This Franchise
Opportunities with ghost kitchen Franchise.
Ghost kitchens, dark kitchens, cloud restaurants, virtual restaurants. Depending on who you are talking to you might get into a discussion over semantics, but the terms are often used interchangeably to describe businesses that prepare food solely for delivery-only brands, offering no brick-and-mortar location for dining in. In the current restaurant industry reality of increased online orders/food delivery and limited capacities for dining, this digital-driven business model has found space to flourish.
Applying their restaurant industry experience to the rising demand for ghost kitchens, one Franchisor founded a ghost kitchen concept in Florida, in May 2019. Then, in July of this year, he expanded into franchising.
The ghost franchise currently offers 50 virtual restaurant brands for franchisees to choose from, including Chef Burger, Taco Loco, and Yoko Bowl. These restaurants are available for delivery on Postmates, UberEats, DoorDash, and Grubhub.
The ghost kitchen says the whole onboarding process for franchisees takes just around 10 to 20 days. This includes the ghost kitchen training the franchises team, setting up and optimizing their kitchen if necessary, providing the tablets for orders, and organizing the market list and packaging.

The ghost kitchen is quickly making its way across the U.S. According to the franchisor, they have four locations open in Florida, three in the San Francisco Bay area, and a few in Louisiana and they are under contract for three locations in New York and two in Chicago.
Summary:
The ghost kitchen is a delivery-only ghost kitchen offering 25 to 50 Virtual Restaurant Brands set up to your dedicated location which will be located in a commercial real estate space ranging from 500 to 2,000 square feet in size. Due to the model being entirely based on delivery, it is not required to have a prime commercial real estate location. The ghost kitchen brings 25 to 50 delivery-only brands that can all be run out of an existing kitchen. The business model is focused on bringing neighborhoods modern, chef-driven food delivery options inspired by global cuisine. Dishes are creatively invented and designed specifically for delivery. The franchise kitchen aims to provide customers the full restaurant experience when dining, all from the comfort of their office or home.
